The source doesn't exist and it is negated by previous sources 82.54.44.31 (talk) 17:36, 6 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

https://theheartthrills.com/2017/07/15/wiener-schnitzel-vs-cotoletta-alla-milanese/img_3720/ It's already in the text for the Austrian veal and there is no reason to delete is. Add it 79.50.172.35 (talk) 14:44, 28 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please, add the source that mentioned 1570 Bartolomeo Scappi 1653 Vincenzo Tanara cookbook veal 79.50.172.35 (talk) 11:00, 25 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Not done The link above is just a blog entry with a low res scan of a book title page and frontispiece?
The same unclear source was added by User:Csorbonz back in July, here, and later removed.
I don't know if this edit war is connected to blocked user User:Xiaomichel, who has been using sockpuppet accounts to rewrite a lot of food articles as having been invented in France. Belbury (talk) 16:35, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
This source is listed for the article that has, for the French origin theory, an ECONOMIC paper
Beside the cookbook does exist and it does have that dish
I think it should be added 79.50.172.35 (talk) 20:21, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
(User:Csorbonz has been blocked as a confirmed sock of Xiaomichel since I made that earlier comment.) Belbury (talk) 09:16, 15 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
